Data Tracking Project

In this project, I was required to track data over a period of two months. I decided to document my weight loss journey by counting the amount of calories I ate each day and then documenting how many pounds I lost each week. My goal was to consistently eat 300 calories less than my maintenance calories at the time. This would allow me to lose about half a pound each week. In the bar graph shown for the month of September, you can see that in the first week, I lost almost a pound. That was because I was consistently eating less than what was required of me. As the weeks went on you could see that I couldn't lose half a pound that week and in the weeks following. That was because I was struggling at the time with my discipline and would consistently eat more than my maintenance calories, leading me to not lose as much weight.
